We believe that the ViPA MZ analysers have become one of the most critical and practical tools in the analysis and optimisation of produced water treatment systems. This range of portable ViPA analysers with ATEX and NFPA496 conformity allows troubleshooting, trialling and investigation to be made online at site and quickly in way that was never previously possible.

A critical tool both for Jorin's own Process Insight service and for many of our customers, three different models of MZ are currently in production.

The MZ4

This compact all in one unit combines the ViPA analyser and control computer into a single air purged unit with ATEX Zone 1 certification. The unit weighs in at 35Kgs and it compact nature and small footprint makes it easy to transport with minimal set-up time out of the box for generating data fast. Available for either 230V 50Hz or 110V 60Hz power supplies.

The MZ3

This flexible analyser again combines both the analyser and computer but the system is trolley mounted for easier transport between sample points and can be readily broken down into its core components for transportation and packing by a single person. The MZ3 is suitable for connection to both 110V 60Hz or 220V 50Hz supplies and is certified both to ATEX Zone 2 and NFPA496 standards.

The MZ1T

The MZ1T is a trolley based analyser unit that is connected to a control computer that is used remotely in a safe area. The trolley combines the analyser, purge unit and fibre optic cable for connecting to the control computer on a field deployable drum. Suitable for connection to 110V 60Hz and 220V 50Hz power supplies and with an option for direct connection to 24V DC field supplies, the MZ1T is certified in accordance with ATEX Zone 1 and conforms to Class1 Div1 requirements.
